I'm having my order sent directly to me, what do I need to know?

Can I send my order to a PO Box?

Just remember that we can't send your order to PO Box and a physical address is needed. If you plan on sending your order to a business, make sure you enter the business name in the second address line. 

I live away from the city, will my order be delivered directly to me? 

If you live in the country or are in a rural area, the Courier may not deliver to your property and you may be required to pick up the tyres from their designated pick up spot. 

Do I need to be at home to sign for the delivery or can I have the order left without a signature?

Tyre freight requires a signature on delivery, and Tyresales.com.au will not pay for Redelivery attempts. If you choose to have the tyres sent to your home address and are not there when the tyres are delivered, you will be required to pick the tyres up from the freight depot.

On your estimated arrival date, make sure you are able to hear the doorbell/knock as the Courier does not call prior or upon arriving at your chosen delivery address.

What else do I need to know? 

We don't redeliver and if a delivery was missed, you'll need to go to the depot listed on your Missed Delivery Card.   

To arrange a pickup, reply back to your Shipped email that was sent to us and we'll let the Courier know.
